Easter 2021

Our theme this year is ‘Easter – hope for the nations’. This reflects the message we’ve heard in Acts but also what we see in our church family, as brothers and sisters in Christ from many different parts of the world. Indeed on Easter Sunday we have 4 countries represented amongst the 5 being baptised!

What do we have planned?
Here are the services and events we have planned along with those involved in organizing them.

Saturday 27th March – International Quiz Evening, 6-7.15pm on Zoom
This event will be aimed at the whole family with rounds focused on different parts of the world. Please e-mail events@threebridgesfreechurch.org to register so we know who to send the link out to. Let us know if you plan to form a team with others. Alternatively, we can add you to a team.

Sunday 28th March – Palm Sunday Service, 10.30am – in church and livestreamed on Zoom

Wednesday 31st March – Women’s Chocolate Truffle Making Evening, 7.30pm on Zoom
Please e-mail events@threebridgesfreechurch.org to register and we will send you the link and ingredients you need on the evening.

Friday 2nd April – Good Friday Service, 10am on Zoom
This will be a communion service as we remember the death of Christ. You can email pastor@threebridgesfreechurch.org for the link

Saturday 3rd April – Easter Family Trail
We are planning an Easter Family Trail to do in a local park. Those who complete the trail will receive a goody bag including children’s book, tract, invitation to our Easter Sunday Service and of course some chocolate.

Sunday 4th April – Easter Sunday Baptismal Services, 10.30am and 6pm in church and livestreamed
We have the joy of baptising 5 people on the day we remember the resurrection of Christ. These baptisms will be split across our two Sunday services.

10.30am Morning Service

6pm Evening Service

We will be giving priority on spaces in church to family and friends of those being baptised. However, the services will be livestreamed via our YouTube channel.
